Event Mediation L.L.C., assumes all responsibility and liability for any and all equipment and vehicles utilized during the transport, execution, and return from Event. Client shall not be held liable for any damages or loss suffered during the transport of any rental equipment to or from the Event. Event Mediation L.L.C., insures any and all equipment and vehicles utilized during the transport, execution, and return from Event. Event Mediation L.L.C., adheres to DOT regulations through Electronic Logbook Device tracking to ensure the safety of all drivers and prompt delivery of all equipment.
